If Monday night was the Raiders final game in Oakland, then Golden State native Marshawn Lynch sent them out in the most perfect way imaginable.
Before the Raiders 27-14 win, Lynch fired up the crowd by lighting the torch, using what appeared to be a cigar. (RELATED: Marshawn Lynch Is Now A Skittles Brand Ambassador In A Senior Living Home)

It’s been a tough season (and decade) for the Raiders who now sit at 4-11 in what could be their final season in Oakland. The Raiders are set to move to Las Vegas in 2020, but still don’t have a place to play for the 2019 season amid a dispute between Raiders ownership and the city of Oakland.
Earlier this month, Lynch spoke out at a city council meeting, imploring officials to approve a new ballpark for the Oakland Athletics in order to keep a sports franchise in his home city.
Oakland’s own @MoneyLynch spoke in front of the city council tonight on behalf of the A’s ballpark project. “We’re losing the Warriors. We’re losing the Raiders. Best not lose the A’s. (I) appreciate it.” #RootedInOakland pic.twitter.com/Nq85EBqM3g

Whatever one thinks of Lynch and his antics, it’s hard not to admire his genuine love for his home city.
