Emmitt Smith is trying to offload a massive mansion in Dallas.

According to the Douglas Elliman listing, the legendary Dallas Cowboys running back is selling a 10,806 square foot mansion for $2.2 million, and the specs are downright insane on the five-bedroom house. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

The listing states the following about the place:

This home is everything you have ever dreamed of in a home. If you love entertaining and having family over you will love creating memories in this one owner professionally designed masterpiece. The rooms are enormous, the dining room seats 22, media room seats at least 11, and a game room large enough for countless friends over for fun. The master ste is a paradise that awaits you for total relaxation with its own open sitting area, steam room, jacuzzi bath, his and hers toilets, 3 gigantic closets, multi-jet shower system, and barrel vaulted ceilings throughout the whole master area. Second full primary upstairs with its own private fireplace, and grand bath. Priced aggressively, for a home of this stature.

As I’ve said too many times to count, I’m a massive sucker for real estate porn. I love big houses. I can’t get enough of them, and this one Smith is trying to sell is simply unreal.

A dining room for 22 people! Are you trying to host Christmas dinners on a regular basis? Why would you need that much space on a regular basis?

Literally everything about this house sounds awesome. The media room sounds incredible, a game room is a must and who doesn’t love a multi-jet shower system?

On top of getting the house, whoever buys the place will also get dinner with Smith, according to Bradeton.com. The perks never stop!

Someone is about to have themselves a beast of a house and getting it at $2.2 million isn’t a bad price at all!
