Camille Vasquez, the lawyer that represented Johnny Depp and came out victorious in his $10 million trial against Amber Heard, has reportedly dropped Kanye West and is no longer willing to work with him.

On the upside, it’s possible that West will win the award for the shortest representation by a firm in the history of entertainment. Sources close to the situation report that Vasquez dropped West after he escalated his anti-Semitic remarks over the weekend, according to TMZ. Brown Rudnick, the firm Vasquez represents, attempted to remain engaged with West, but was promptly fired by West. This is just the most recent strike against the disgraced rapper and business mogul. His career has taken a huge hit in recent days, after his long-term business partner, high-end label Balenciaga, ditched him Oct. 21, according to CNN.

West has been burning his own bridges pretty quickly lately, and this is just another big-hit among many. It’s likely one of even more hits to come for the artist who continues to face scrutiny for his anti-Semitic rhetoric.

When Vasquez dropped West, Brown Rudnick reportedly attempted to do some damage control and maintain relations with the rapper, but he allegedly refused to cooperate. Legal representatives at Brown Rudnick requested the rapper publicly retract his anti-Semitic comments, but he reportedly refused to do so, according to TMZ. West then proceeded to fire the firm. Vasquez was on board with West for less than a week, which isn’t a good sign for the once-respected artist, according to the outlet. West’s social media outbursts have dominated the headlines in recent weeks, and are demonstrating a downward spiral that seems poised to get even worse.

West’s mental health is once again a topic of concern, and all eyes are on Adidas, the only remaining billion-dollar partnership West still has in his back pocked – sort of. Adidas recently notified West that their relationship was “under review,” and at this time, they seem to be the only ally he has in his corner.
