Hol. Lee. Hell.

New York Giants outside linebacker Kayvon Thibodeaux has been absolutely brilliant in his last five games, tallying up three sacks during that stretch to close out his rookie season. However, his latest sack will probably be replayed for years for all of the wrong reasons because of a celebration many people consider “classless.”

Late in the second quarter of the New Year’s Day clash between the New York Giants and Indianapolis Colts, Thibodeaux hammered quarterback Nick Foles to send him to the ground, then immediately started celebrating by doing snow angels. The problem was, while Thibodeaux was celebrating, Foles was right beside him in incredible agony. Thibodeaux claimed that he didn’t see Foles during his celebration, however replays show the rookie briefly looking over at the quarterback while he was showing obvious pain.

Okay, I have a confession to make, and a lot of people are probably going to get mad at me for it, but I can’t help myself: I kind of like this guy.

Yeah, I agree with everybody that the celebration could be considered classless and tasteless, but I also agree with @BobbySkinner_ that the entire situation is absolutely hilarious. Both things are true here.

You can recognize that Nick Foles was in massive pain, and it looked horrific with how he was acting. But wow, Thibodeaux doing snow angels right next to a “dead Nick Foles” is hilarious. It’s so cringe, but you can’t help but chuckle either. (RELATED: REPORT: Denver Broncos Contact Michigan’s Jim Harbaugh For Head Coaching Gig)

I hope Foles is good, because that looked rough, and I don’t mean to laugh. But I am willing to bet that Foles even laughs about the video when the smoke clears from this whole situation. How could you not?

Thibodeaux’s celebration was messed up, but it’s still funny as hell.

I don’t think there’s any other way you can cut it, and political correctness is boring, so screw that.

Just sit back and have a good laugh, people. Life is too damn serious as it is.
