Prosecutors in Kevin Spacey’s sexual assault trial alleged Friday that the famous actor performed oral sex on a sleeping man.

Spacey’s trial began in Southwark Crown Court in London on Wednesday. The disgraced actor faces charges on 12 sex offenses and was described as a “sexual bully” who enjoys making people feel “powerless and uncomfortable,” according to TMZ. Spacey is facing a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted.

Prosecutors said a male victim claimed he was drinking and smoking with Spacey and ended up passing out. They allege he awoke several hours later to find Spacey on his knees, performing oral sex on him, according to TMZ.

The identity of the male victim and information pertaining to his relationship with Spacey at the time was not released.

The prosecution also stated that one of Spacey’s drivers complained about his demeanor. They noted Spacey was very “touchy-feely” while in the passenger seat. One driver claimed Spacey became more and more inappropriate as time went on. He said at one point Spacey touched his leg and rubbed his neck, then proceeded to grope him in “an aggressive way,” according to TMZ. (RELATED: Tina Fey Claims Kevin Spacey Previously Hit On Her)

They also told the jury Spacey was accused of manhandling a male while backstage at the Haymarket Theater. Spacey was reportedly so aggressive during that incident that he grabbed the man “with such force it was painful,” according to TMZ.

Spacey has denied all 12 sexual assault allegations that have been filed against him.
