Disney’s newest diversity, equity, and inclusion move has been unveiled. The company plans on giving employees, down to the janitors at Epcot, a pronoun pin, according to an exclusive report from the Daily Caller

Disney is making pronoun pins optional as it rolls out the initiative to all janitorial positions. Employees told the Daily Caller that the pronoun pins will eventually be rolled out for every department at the park.

Just take a minute and think back to the last time you went to Disney World. Remember the thrill of the day, the rides, the food, the ridiculous amount of money you spent … Did you ever, once during that Disney World trip think about the pronoun you used for the janitor? No? I didn’t think so. (RELATED: Red And Green Christmas Decorations Dubbed Offensive By City Official)
