Famous actor Henry Cavill revealed he is expecting his first child with girlfriend Natalie Viscuso while being interviewed on the red carpet Monday.
Cavill was stopped while attending the New York City premiere of “The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare” to shared the exciting news. The 40-year-old “Man of Steel” star smiled ear-to-ear as he told fans he was about to become a father for the first time.
The reporter asked him how he felt about embarking on this new adventure as a father.
“I’m very excited about it,” the famous actor said, as he maintained his smile.

“Natalie and I are both very excited about it. I’m sure you’ll see much more of that,” the famous actor said.
The star was visibly smitten with the idea of starting to grow his family. The reporter told him she thought he would make “a great dad,” to which he replied “thank you,” as he gave the camera a glance and smiled from ear-to-ear once more.

Cavill and Viscuso went Instagram official in April 2021. They introduced their flourishing romance to the public by each sharing the same photograph of themselves playing chess together to their respective social media profiles, but posting funny messages about their different perspectives of who was a better player.

Viscuso is a television executive at Vertigo Entertainment, according to People. She and Cavill are collaborating on a special adaptation of “Warhammer 40,000,” which may already be in the works. The pair announced their shared project in December 2022, but have not revealed any further information. (RELATED: Logan Paul Announces He’s Becoming A Father)
Cavill did not note how far along Viscuso was in her pregnancy.
