In the final installment of his interview with The Daily Caller, talk radio host Lars Larson concludes with a critique of the attitude of the American left. He says the attitude is personified in President Obama’s failure to attend the funeral of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
“When Margaret Thatcher died, the last thing that he was going to do, I think, is go to the funeral of a former Prime Minister of a colonial power. He was not going to go there, so he didn’t. … The left has despised Reagan. It has despised Thatcher for a long, long time. They [the left] thought that what they did was not only ‘not good’ but it was demonstrably bad.”
