Actress Mary-Kate Olsen and French banker Olivier Sarkosy have reportedly settled their divorce.

Sarkozy’s lawyer Michael Mosberg and Olsen’s lawyer Nancy Chemtob both agreed in court Wednesday that a settlement agreement had been made, according to Page Six.

“As of this morning, we reached a final agreement,” Mosberg said to the judge in court, Page Six reported. (RELATED: Judge Denies Mary-Kate Olsen’s Emergency Petition For Divorce From Olivier Sarkosy)

“Yes, your honor, that is correct, everything is resolved,” Chemtob reportedly said. “We’ve been working very hard. We do have a settlement.”

Justice Lori Sattler told the lawyers that she plans to “keep control” of the case until the couple is divorced.

“Until I actually see the proof, I’m going to hold your feet to the fire a little bit,” Sattler said, according to the outlet. “I do trust and believe that this is happening, however, I’m going to keep control of the case to make sure this gets done and get them divorced.”

Olsen had originally tried to file for divorce from Sarkosy in April, but her request was denied due to court closures from the coronavirus pandemic. The actress then attempted to file for emergency divorce claiming Sarkosy had ended the lease on their home and kicked her out, Page Six reported at the time. Olsen officially filed for divorce in May.
