NFL star Richard Sherman has been arrested on an incredibly serious charge.
According to Adam Schefter, King County public records show that the former Seahawks defensive back was taken into custody and booked into jail early Wednesday morning on a charge of burglary domestic violence. ESPN reported that Sherman allegedly tried to force his way into a residence that he does not live at early Wednesday morning, and then “fought with police” when they arrived. Bail was denied for the current free agent.

Obviously, this is an incredibly serious situation and Sherman has every right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
That’s the system we have here in America, and he should be grateful for it.

At the same time, he’s facing a very serious felony charge in Washington after allegedly fighting cops after they were called to him being at the residence, and teams interested in signing him might hold off for the foreseeable future.
