REPORT: Raquel Welch Cause Of Death Revealed

Raquel Welch’s official cause of death has reportedly been declared a cardiac arrest, according to information listed on her death certificate.

The autopsy reportedly noted the legendary actress had quietly suffered from Alzheimer’s disease, which was deemed to be an underlying cause of her death, according to TMZ. Welch and her representatives had not come forward to publicly reveal her Alzheimer’s diagnosis. The famous actress died February 15th at her Los Angeles home, at the age of 82, according to TMZ.

Welch’s family stated she had suffered from a “brief” illness at the time of her death, but did not elaborate on the nature of that illness. The death certificate reportedly listed 2:25 as the time of Welch’s death. The actress best known for her role in “Fantastic Voyage” was been cremated, according to TMZ. Raquel was famous for her diverse roles in Hollywood, and was seen as a sex symbol after starring in “One Million Years B.C.” Her fame spanned across a decades-long career in the entertainment industry, and she is remembered as a legend who stayed true to her own moral compass and used her natural sex appeal without ever appearing nude in any of her films or photo shoots.
