I see you, Baltimore! I see the drip!

The Baltimore Ravens unveiled their brand new “Purple Rising” alternate helmets Tuesday morning, featuring a Ravens logo on the side that’s often forgotten, and I gotta say … this thing is an excellent piece of swag.

Baltimore will sport the helmets for just one game this upcoming season, during a contest where they will also be wearing purple rush uniforms, which will include more gold accents than their normal home unis. Ravens players appear to be happy with the design. According to BaltimoreRavens.com, tight end Mark Andrews thinks the helmets are “bad-ass,” with wide receiver Zay Flowers stating, “I know we look sweet, I don’t even have to see it on camera.”

This is only the third helmet design for the Ravens in their almost three-decade history.

If you’re aware of DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) hip hop culture (and I’m sure a lot of you aren’t), then you know how big of a deal fashion, swag, drip, all that is.

These helmets are the Baltimore Ravens executing that ideology to perfection.

Shoutout to Baltimore, shoutout to the Ravens, and most of all, shoutout to the DMV!
