LaVar Ball recently had an incredible rant about the difficulty of meeting quality women as an NBA player.

LaVar’s third son LaMelo is believed to be the likely first overall pick in the draft Wednesday night, and his first son Lonzo currently plays for the Pelicans. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

The Ball money has made some outrageous money thanks to basketball. The downside? A lack of quality women out there for his kids and other NBA stars.

“How are you going to meet a good girl? You’re not cause what you’re going to meet are in that restaurant where you eat, or are you going to go to a club where you dance or you’re going to meet her at the arena. So, I hate to tell you, you’re going to meet a hoe,” the head of the Ball family said during an appearance on BroBible’s “Endless Hustle” podcast.

You might not like what I’m about to say, but as someone who grew up in the world of sports, I can promise you that it needs to be said.

LaVar Ball is 100% correct. He’s 100% correct. Now, obviously that’s a blanket statement and there are good women out there. However, in the world of millionaire athletes and college stars still playing, those women are in the minority.

That might be a tough pill for some people swallow. I’m sure it is, but it doesn’t make it any less true.

You know what college coaches tell their superstar athletes with millions of dollars waiting for them in the pros? To stay away from women and people in general that they don’t know.

You can’t ever truly know somebody’s motives when you first meet them. It’s foolish to think otherwise. Now, tack on all the fame that comes with being a Ball brother, and you have to be extra careful.
