Vice President Kamala Harris took to Twitter on Tuesday to share some incredibly important news to literally no one because it was just that freaking weird.

We are all used to the running joke that is Kamala’s role as VP. It feels like every single week she outdoes herself by saying something utterly meaningless, and it’s gotten so bad that a lot of people have literally tuned out her existence. But her latest statements are just so strange that we simply had to share them with you.

“The majority of domestic flights do not have accessible restrooms. This is absolutely unacceptable. Our Administration will soon announce a solution to help end this inequity,” Kamala screamed into the empty void that is her Twitter feed. A few folks turned around to see if she was tweeting to anyone in particular, but it appears that she was not.

There are a million ways to mock Kamala for this tweet, but someone called John Hawkins said it best:

The last thing I want to do is mock anyone with disabilities who might have trouble getting to the toilet on airplanes. I get that this is a legitimate concern, but is it the main one facing the country right now? Heck the eff, NO.

Also, aren’t planes a form of transport? And isn’t transport Pete Buttigieg’s whole thing? So not only is Kamala stepping on the toes of her peers, but she’s also helping to make an even bigger mockery of her boss’s administration.

Seriously, are the same guys who wrote that show “Veep” now running Kamala’s Twitter account? (RELATED: Kamala Harris: ‘You Need To Get To Go And Need To Be Able To Get Where You Need To Go, To Do The Work’)

The parallels between Kamala and “Veep” lead character Selina Meyer (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) are seemingly endless, but there is one big difference: Meyer never chose to go on social media and continue spouting bizarre stuff that no one asked for and very few people care about. Even the “Veep” writers thought this type of behavior was too strange for fiction, but here we are.
