Fans flooded the internet begging for someone to rescue Britney Spears’ dogs after she posted a bizarre knife-dancing video on Monday.
The singer’s fans and critics seemingly agree on one thing — her dogs are in danger. The star posted a video of herself knocking knife blades together as she twirled around with the weapons and jabbed at the air. She later claimed they were prop knives.
Her three dogs can be seen in the background scurrying away from Spears and appearing visibly frightened. The internet has since ignited, with people across the globe pleading for someone to save the dogs.

Some internet users even tagged local police agencies to ensure their concerns were being heard.

“Britney Spears was dancing around with knives while her three small dogs walked beneath her. This could have been catastrophic for her animals. Someone needs to step in right away,” another fan said.

The removal of the dog seems unlikely, in spite of the overwhelming requests and please made by fans. Ventura County Animal Services said they had not received any complaints about Britney’s treatment of her animals. A spokesperson from the organization released a statement regarding the knife video, specifically.
“We reviewed the video, and while the dogs appeared to be startled by the clinking of the knives, we didn’t feel they were in a situation where an officer needed to be dispatched,” they said, according to TMZ.
